This policy explains what Answer Round AI, run by [Legal business name], collects and why. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why

Audio, screenshots and AI requests
- When a session is running, the audio source you choose is streamed to our speech-to-text provider (Deepgram) to be transcribed. Answer Round AI does not save audio recordings.
- To generate an answer, the question, your uploaded documents and recent answers are sent to the AI model you choose, through OpenRouter (for example Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI or DeepSeek models).
- A screenshot is sent only when you ask Answer Round AI to capture one. It is kept in memory for that session only.
- These providers process the data to return a result. Their own policies apply to how they handle it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Payments
Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments. We receive only the payment status, amount and reference. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
How long we keep data
We keep account and purchase records while your account exists, and billing records for as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years). Session history on your device stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall Answer Round AI.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [support@yourdomain.com]. Deleting your account removes your sign-in and plan data. Billing records we must keep by law are kept until the legal period ends.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our database is restricted, so each user can read only their own records. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
Answer Round AI is not for anyone under 18.
