Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you buy

A session starts when you press START in the app and lasts up to 90 minutes. Pressing START again within those 90 minutes continues the same session at no extra cost. All prices include GST.
Refunds
- Unused interviews: full refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase and have not started any interview from that purchase.
- 3 Interviews: if you ask within 7 days, we refund the interviews you have not started, at ₹833 each.
- Unlimited plans: full refund if you ask within 3 days of purchase and have started no more than one interview.
- Technical failure: if Answer Round AI could not work during a session because of a fault on our side (for example a service outage), we will restore that interview to your account or refund it. Ask within 7 days of the session.
- Interviews that were started and worked normally are not refundable. The free trial has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email [support@yourdomain.com] from the email you sign in with. Include your payment reference and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or netbanking) through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
Cancellation
- Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. An Unlimited plan simply ends after its 30 or 90 days.
- Payment links expire after 24 hours if not paid. If you were charged but your plan did not appear, email us with the payment reference. We will add the plan or refund you in full.
- We may suspend an account that breaks our Terms (for example, sharing an account). Unused interviews on a suspended account are refunded, unless the suspension was for fraud.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or money left your account for a payment that failed, it is refunded automatically. If it has not arrived within 7 business days, contact us.
