Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal business name] ("we", "us"), which runs Answer Round AI. By creating an account or using Answer Round AI, you agree to them.

1. The service

Answer Round AI is a desktop app that transcribes audio you choose to share with it, and uses AI models to suggest answers, notes and explanations in real time. You can use it for interview preparation and practice, meetings, and other conversations.

AI suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You decide what to say and do. We do not guarantee any interview result, job offer or outcome.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details.
• One account is for one person. An account can be active on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the old one.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your login.

3. Plans and payment

• Plans and prices are shown in the app and include GST. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
• A session lasts up to 90 minutes from START. Purchased interviews do not expire. Unlimited plans last 30 or 90 days and do not renew automatically.
• Launch prices show the regular price alongside the offer price. The offer ends on the date shown in the app.
• Fair use on Unlimited: up to 100 hours a month on one device. Premium AI models have a monthly allowance. After it is used up, answers continue on standard models.
• The free trial is one 10-minute session per account. Fast models are unlimited during it, and it includes 5 answers on premium models.
• Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• record or transcribe other people where the law requires their consent and you do not have it;
• use Answer Round AI where it is prohibited, including exams, tests or assessments whose rules forbid outside help. You are responsible for following the rules of any interview, employer, institution or platform you use Answer Round AI with;
• share, resell or automate access to your account, or try to get around usage limits;
• reverse engineer the service, attack it, or use it to break the law or harm others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

You own what you upload (such as your resume and job descriptions) and the answers Answer Round AI generates for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep Answer Round AI running, but it depends on internet access and third-party providers (speech-to-text, AI models, hosting and payments). If a fault on our side stops a session from working, see the refund policy.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Plans you have already bought keep the terms they were sold under.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [City, State] have jurisdiction.
